It has been abandoned for decades and was used during the Japanese Occupation in the second World War as a torture and imprisonment site which makes the Old Changi Hospital the perfect site for ghost sightings.
The site also has the dubious honour of being labelled ‘the most haunted place in Singapore’.
The latest creepy encounter was shared on the Facebook page of Pencari Entiti Crew in early February and appears to catch on video a spooky figure running along one of the hospital’s corridors.
The person who provided the eerie footage, Lim Chee Kiang described it as a figure clad in a nurse’s uniform but other viewers offered their own interpretation.
Some said they spotted a hooded figure while others went as far as to describe the figure as ‘headless’
