As there are many professional eater competitors out there, the are only so few that are actually skinny, because when you hear the word ‘professional eater’ you’d picture someone with a bigger body frame right?
Yuka Kinoshita is an exception, I don’t know what sort of black hole she has in her stomach that she can stay so skinny even after chowing down a LARGE amount of food!
Singaporean professional eater, Zermatt Neo who is a reigning champion of Food League Singapore took up the challenge to chow down on 13 plates of Hokkien mee (which roughly equates to 4 kg worth of nosh).
He went to town won plates of the famous Geylang Lorong 29 Hokkien Mee, finishing them all in just a little over 19 minutes, and let’s be honest, some of us can’t even finish one plate!
The entire time, Neo didn’t even break a sweat. His secret? There’s no secret, he just said it’s delicious and he took his time with it.
You see, competitive eating usually has a time limit, and participants train by stuffing their mouths with the food. But sometimes there are several tactics like taking your time and have a strategy on how you can chow down on all food in a fast pace.
Neo will probably head back to the gym, he has no trouble staying in shape working as a personal trainer. How lucky, I wish I can eat so much and stay in shape too!
