Malaysia : 14-Year-Old Girl Repeatedly Raped By Her Tuition Teacher in Kota Kemuning

A student who had just finished her SPM examinations is alleging her former tuition teacher of sexually assaulting her up to five times three years ago when she was just 14. h1 According to the 17-year-old girl, the history teacher at a tuition centre in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam had held her back after class some time in February 2012 and forced himself on her, attempting to sexually assault her, but she had managed to struggle her way out. h3He called me into his room, alone, where we talked back and forth about my studies. “During our conversation, I started sobbing halfway when the conversation touched on the pressure of my family’s strict and great expectations of my studies,” the teenager said here today, at the Segambut DAP service centre. The SPM school-leaver added, “He was trying to console me and he asked me to sit on his lap.” The student alleged that when she refused, he forcibly pulled her towards him and started kissing her. “My mind went ‘blank’ at the time. I did not fight back as I was scared he might attack me,” the teenager alleged. The student said that after a week, he again started his sexual advances towards her. “It was similar like the first time where he called me into his room, alone.” “He knew that I would not tell anyone about it,” she added.
