Girls, ladies, and women of all ages, never go to a stranger’s home! Even if that person is your boss, you’re only an acquaintance, so do not follow them home alone! It’s a different case if your boss is already your friend to begin with and if you trust this person then its okay, but still, stay vigilant!
A teenager claimed that she was raped by her boss at his home, two days short of a week after she began working for him!
New Straits Times reported the attack is believed to have occurred on October 24 in his apartment in Puchong Prima.
The man in his 50s, who runs a cake shop had brought her to his home at 11 am under the pretext of having her help him collect some items, he allegedly asked her to follow him inside one of the rooms to retrieve several items.
To her dismay, he locked the door behind her and attacked her. The teen was allegedly raped twice.
It is believed that the victim was threatened not to tell anyone about the assault. Her parents then lodged a police report after finding out about the crime.
Subang Jaya district police chief Assistant Commissioner Mohammad Azlin Sadari said,
“We are in the process of identifying the man. An arrest will be made soon.”
Let this be a lesson to all the other teenagers and young children out there, do not follow strangers to their home alone, if you need to, make sure a friend comes along with you just to keep you safe. Bring along your self-defense weapon in your bag, if the perpetrator asked you to put your bag down, insist that you want to keep it on.
Never let your guard down! More often than not you can tell when someone has ill-intentions on their mind, it shows in their actions and on their face, so if you noticed something fishy, stay away from them and try your best to have the least amount of interaction with them.
It’s never too late to take up self-defense classes, so go do it now! Send your kids to classes too!
