A teeny weeny bad news before bedtime, guys. The petrol prices are going up across all categories effective 12.00 am, November 9.
As you can see from above, RON 95 will have a 7 cent increase to RM2.31; RON 97 will have a 6 cent increase to RM2.60; diesel will have a 3 cent increase to RM2.20 all effective after midnight.
Aduh, why can’t they announce it in the morning?
According to Malaysiakini, the increment this round has reached the new height ever since the introduction of the weekly fuel price system.
The last time petrol prices increased to their highest under the same system was on April 20 with RON95 at RM2.27 and RON97 at RM2.54.
If you are still up and out, no harm dropping by the petrol station. A RM50 RON 95 petrol pump would save you RM 3.50.
