Manchester United and France midfielder, Paul Pogba has revealed that his Manchester United teammate, Zlatan Ibrahimovic is like a big brother to him.
Pogba arrived at Old Trafford with a staggering price tag of 89 million making him the most expensive player of all time but has yet to provide enough impact to the team since his arrival.
The 23 year old displayed an impressive performance against Southampton and Premier League champions, Leicester City but can be seen struggling with most of Manchester United matches.
On the other hand, Zlatan Ibrahimovic has been sensational for Manchester United scoring in most of Manchester United matches and being a sharp finisher for the Red Devils’s attack. The former Sweden international is believed to be mentoring Pogba at United.
“Jose Mourinho is a great coach, its a good thing for me. I have a lot to learn from him.”
“Ibrahimovic is like a big brother. He has a winning mentality, a great player. He’s very important in Manchester, with him we can reach objectives.” Pogba told French television station TF1.
Pogba has also states that he is trying to adapt with Manchester United and that he needs to be given time before returning to his best form.
“I will need a little time to adapt in Manchester. Time for the machine to start working. I am adapting.”
“People like to talk about Paul Pogba. The critics, they stay for a day, then after that I put my music back on, I dance.”
“Returning to Manchester United is a new chapter in my career. New players, new coach, its a great challenge. Does my price put more pressure on me? No, I have none.” Pogba added.
