“Manchester City Are Not Afraid Of Barcelona!” – Kevin De Bruyne

Manchester will travel to Spain to face Barcelona without having any fear against the Catalan club.

De Bruyne returned to action against Everton after being sidelined for a few weeks due to a hamstring injury. Manchester City have faced Barcelona four times in a span of three seasons in which City have lost in each occasion.

Guardiola will return to the Camp Nou for the first time as a Manchester City manager and will face a bit of struggle after not winning in three games with recently drawing 1-1 against Everton.

De Bruyne, however believes that Manchester City are still playing well and insist that Guardiola will have them prepared for their Champions League group stage clash.

“The trainer has his idea. We do not know exactly it can be very good. The style of play is very dominant and we have not played badly. We just have not scored more, thats all.”

“I was just fit and wanted to play. I was able to train last week. That crack gone very quickly. Thats a bit of my luck with injuries, I heal very quickly. I was able to do exercises and walk back . The first week I only trained with the physio, I just trained with them after the free weekend.” De Bruyne told reporters.
