[YOU WILL CRY READING THIS!] Young Singaporean Teacher Knew She Couldn’t Survive Cancer, The Last Words She Left….

21-years old, young and beautiful Jesselyn Ng was diagnosed with cancer. She was an art teacher in Singapore. She battled with the cancer for 10 months, but still she didn’t get better. At the end, she went into coma and needed life support to stay alive.

Looking at how suffering it is, her family decided to plug off the life support. After 5 days, she left the world.

After she left, there was a post, posted on her Facebook account. People was shocked, and when they read the post, their tears fall….

It was written by her elder sister, when she knew she couldn’t survive this battle. Lying on the bed, she insist to write down her last words, for her family and friends who loved her. She speak verbally, while asking her sister to write it down.

The letter goes like this…

To everyone who loves and cares for me:

Today, I”m saying goodbye. After 10 months of battling with cancer, I’ve decided I’m ready to go. Doctors have deemed my case as ‘medically futile’, so it means there’s nothing they can do for me anymore.

I never new how contracted this illness, or how it could take my life away just like that. I never got a chance to say thank you to so many people who’ve been loving me and showing me support through this difficult time.

So thank you, everyone of you. Family, friends, friends whom I’ve not contacted or seen for a long time, and everyone else who came down, thank you. Thank you for coming down to say goodbye to me. Thank you for your letters, for remembering me. For all the beautiful memories we have made these 21 years. I have brought them along with me.

Papa, mummy, and jiejie, thank you for taking care of me tirelessly during this period. Despite having to work, you never stopped thinking of me. Thank you for sacrificing your time and sleep to be here for me all the time, talking to me and encouraging me to fight on

It breaks my heart…to see your worried faces and all of you crying…Don’t cry…because I’m in a better place now. I will no longer have to feel pain, I won’t suffer anymore. So please, cheer up, I don’t want to see all of you so sad, ok? 😉

I am so touched by all the love I’ve received throughout this time. I promise I will be good where ever I’m going, and I will be happy.

Don’t worry about me everyone, I will be okay. I hope I meet all of you again next time. Until then, I will keep your love with me.

Goodbye for now, everyone <3

Love always,

Jesselyn (TinynMighty)

It tears my heart into pieces, reading through the letters. She was so young, just 21 years old. There’s so many things that she hasn’t gone through, and yet she was taken away…

Can you imagine the heart of the elder sister, when she was typing this letter for her? How much it hurts inside her heart, to see her young sister who was despair, but pretending to be strong… I really just can’t bear with this…

May God Bless this young lady, bring her to heaven, let her stay in heaven where there’s no pain, no sickness, no sorrow. I believe, she’s in a better place now, Amen.

What can I add except to say that it hurts.
For the one who departed to leave in such a state & manner and yet so young, it is crushingly and painfully unfair
For those who are left behind to bid an unwanted farewell for one they hold so dear with so much love and joy
The uncontrollable tears that involuntary streams down every one’s cheeks for the loss of such a dear, dear one that no words can express….the pain, the anguish and the hurt that unashamedly showed on the faces of those saying their last goodbyes, they just couldn’t let go that a dear one is gone from their presence, her laughter, joys and merriment they have known is gone from them forever. “Gone But Never Forgotten” over the years, the thoughts will reminisce on this very day and a single tear will flow as if to say, I shall always remember you and you shall be close to my heart.

Those who are familiar with you and you with them shall remember for as Long as they live and perhaps even beyond that time barrier.

She was a very brave girl. The parents brought her up well. Let her go in peace without worrying about how sad you will be. She will be in better hands, God’s hands. Albert Lim

I knew Jesselyn personally. She wrote a note on my birthday card two years back.

Miss Jesselyn, you will be missed. I have shed tears for you!
