Pimentel claimed that there is also “no malice” on the part of party standard-bearer Duterte, who is a self-confessed womanizer.
“No malice. Nobody complained. Davao City is multi-awarded for gender and women’s concerns,” the senator said in an interview on ANC Headstart. 
Viewed as the “macho” candidate for his merciless stance against criminals and propensity to curse, Duterte has been criticized by some for allegedly forcing himself unto his female fans when he kisses them.
But Pimentel denied that the women who get kissed by Duterte were manhandled.
“It may look like he was forcing it but pictures and videos do not tell the whole story,” the politiko insisted.
In a recent interview on DZBB, the Davao mayor joked that he has a “heart ailment”. When asked to explain, “Digong” said that he can’t control his heart whenever he sees beautiful women. 
Duterte, 72, admits to having two wives and at least two girlfriends.
