PKR & DAP Are Both Disgraced To The Entire Opposition : 15 MPs Needs To Stand Up & Oppose To Have An En Bloc Vote But Only 13 Stood Up

There was an attempt by Amanah MP Mahfuz Omar to support a bloc vote, which would see all MPs participating in the vote.

This would require the backing of at least 15 MPs. However, only 12 stood to support the move: Dr Mahathir Mohamad (Langkawi), Mukhriz Mahathir (Jerlun), Amiruddin Hamzah (Kubang Pasu) and Shahruddin Md Salleh (Sri Gading) from Pejuang, and Khalid Samad (Shah Alam), Hanipa Maidin (Sepang), Mujahid Yusof Rawa (Parit Buntar), Hatta Ramli (Lumut), Anuar Tahir (Temerloh), Dzulkefly Ahmad (Kuala Selangor), Hasanuddin Yunus (Hulu Langat) and Hasan Bahrom (Tampin) from Amanah.

15 people needs to stand up and oppose to have an en bloc vote. Only 13 stood up. Congratulations.

Much ado about nothing!! Complain about “backdoor government” but when it’s time to stand up to be counted, clowns are missing !! All hiding in the toilet or went “yumcha” in canteen?!?! It was supposed to only take 15 MPs to defeat the voice vote but only 13 stood up?? PH has totally lost the moral high ground vs. the so-called “backdoor government” !!

End for PH, can’t even get 15 MPs to stand up. Where is the Anwar’s ”numbers”? Bye bye PH, no more PH bull shits.

Just watch the live during voting. Only few MP stand up vote No. Less the 15 vote against the Budget. Most against Budget MP talk in media did not see them stand up against the budget. Let ask ur PH MP why?

They cant even get the minimum15 Mps to stand up so that the bill wont go without voting! So much for the hoooohaahhhh!! Keep on trusting PH…. yeah great!!

So much for all the gung-ho retorts from PH. 15 also can’t get. What’s the story now? Putting rakyat first? Your bluff was called out?

What a letdown….. so much talk preceeding the voting and then, where it matters, they lost their marbles!

Only 13 opposition MPs stood up for bloc vote? Explanation definitely needed. Talk big but no action in the end

Can’t even get 15 people to stand up from opposition….and seems opposition didn’t have the number perhaps afraid voters will punish them if they did stand up, in GE15.

Useless PH! CLOSE SHOP! We don’t need you any more! Surely we are going to vote for the independents only in the next GE!

All due to corruption no MP can be trusted neither pro government or opposition everyone playing with the rakyat. How are we going to vote unless there is a third force or not Malaysia is doomed.

It was not the PN government that was tested today. It was the opposition coalition, and they failed miserably

Just Pejuang, Amanah, stood up for undi belah bahagi. PKR, DAP, even DSAI and Nurul Izzah tak bangun. It proves that it’s hard to stand for what you believe in and to walk the talk. Kinda lost respect for these people.

No lights of hope. There oppose jasa and ineffective allocation publicly, but comes to vote remain silently. Disappointed with you all.

PH – the end of you. Independent MP, please get together and we will vote you in.

Politics is a dirty game . No one wants midterm polls . All want to finish their term and draw a big fat pension for life . Rakyat can go for a ride .

Perikatan Nasional’s (PN) inaugural Budget 2021 was passed in the Dewan Rakyat this evening.

Speaker Datuk Azhar Azizan Harun called for a voice vote following Finance Minister Datuk Seri Tengku Zafrul Abdul Aziz’s Budget winding-up speech, with both government and Opposition lawmakers making themselves heard without a clear vocal majority.

Azhar then called for those opposing the Bill to stand up and be counted, with a minimum 15 lawmakers needed to oppose for the voice vote to fail.

He later announced to the Lower House that there were insufficient nayes, as opposed to ayes, with only 13 lawmakers standing up and accounted for.
