Marcus Rashford recently took part in a Q&A session in which he revealed his toughest opponent ground that he has ever played at.
Surprisingly it is not a big club in the Premier League like Manchester City or Arsenal. It is indeed The Hawthorns, home of West Bromwich Albion.
The 19 year old claims that the combination of The Baggies’s style of play combined with the noisy atmosphere made by the home supporters prevents the England international from performing at his best level.
Manchester United lose 1-0 to The Baggies during their previous meeting at The Hawthornes in which the Red Devils were down to 10 men following Juan Mata’s red card.
“West Brom away was a difficult ground for me to play at last season.”
“Obviously the style of football that they played as well, with the fans, I think they were just always getting on top of us.”
“It was difficult to get into the game.” Rashford said.
